How To View The Status of Submitted Files

This page outlines the process for viewing the status of files that you have submitted to PMP Clearinghouse.

1. Navigate to https://pmpclearinghouse.net.

2. Click on "File Submissions at the top of the screen

   

3. Files submitted in the last 30 days will will be displayed with some statistics about the file.

   

If a file was submitted properly a green check mark will be under the Status column.

If the data contained errors, an error message will display in the Status column.

The status report will detail any known problems with the data file. It will list each record that contains an error (if any exist)
