How To View Errors Within a Submitted File

This article outlines the process for viewing errors within a file that you have submitted to PMP Clearinghouse.

1. Navigate to https://pmpclearinghouse.net and login to your account.
2. At the top of the screen, click on "File Submissions"
3. Click "Error Files"
4. Hover over the icon listen in the "Status" column to display the reason for the error.Examples of information that can be displayed: Pending Dispensation Errors, Determine PMP, ASAP Errors, Zero Report Errors
5. Some statuses are clickable and will display more information (ASAP Errors, Zero Report Errors, Import Errors)."Pending Dispensation Errors and Determine PMP" will still take you to the error correction screen and allow you to make edits and display the display the popup for Destination PMP selection.
