We are launching a new sFTP server, however no action is needed at this time for existing users.
If your organization's PMP Clearinghouse account was created prior to 6/29/22, your organization will be impacted. Please see the Existing Accounts section for more information.
If your organization's PMP Clearinghouse account was created after 6/29/22, you were provided with credentials for, and must use the new sFTP server connection. Please see the New Accounts and Connection Information sections of this article.
For existing users, this will require a change in credentials and host, which will be able to be modified within PMP Clearinghouse. No action is needed at this time, however you will soon have the ability to switch to the new server via PMP Clearinghouse, conduct any testing, and switch back to your previous credentials and the previous host if needed. Information and alerts will be published to PMP Clearinghouse directly as well as instructions on how to proceed.
As of 7/13/22 you will be able to toggle between the new and legacy sFTP servers to begin the move and conduct testing. At this time, you do not have the ability to do so and create the new sFTP account. Again, no action is needed at this time.
New users are now created with a the new sFTP username format and connection, and should use the new host of submissions.healthcarecoordination.net.
Note: We are currently experiencing an account creation issue; you will unfortunately not be able to immediately connect upon creation of your new account. However, your sFTP connection will be available the day after your account registration date. If you are in need of the ability to submit on the same date (noting that your account may require approval to submit depending on the state(s) you have requested access to) you, if approved, may upload files manually via the portal until your sFTP account is ready the following day.
Our planned resolution of the issue should occur on 7/13/22 and will make these new sFTP accounts immediately accessible upon registration.
