PMP Clearinghouse accounts may become "locked" after 3 unsuccessful log in attempts. When an account is in a locked status, an email will be sent to the user containing a link to unlock their account. Users should click on the link contained in the email and follow the prompts to unlock their account.
If the user does not receive the email to unlock their account, they can navigate to the PMP Clearinghouse login page located at and click on Didn't receive unlock instructions? to have a new email sent to the email associated with the user's account.
Accounts will automatically unlock after one (1) hour regardless if the user takes the steps to unlock their account. |
